This has been one of the best experiences on any workshop visit. Clear communication, friendly staff. They offered cold water and air contained office while waiting. It went smooth and efficient. On top the cost was more than reasonable and worth the effort. Thanks, will be back again

The young mechanic that greeted me assured me that they could fix the issue that I'd been having, able to give me a quote, as it was I didn't need a certain part and charged me accordingly. Also done a service on transmission. So happy since having my car back feels like a new car again its great. Will definitely go back. Awesome team, they care.
Booked my Pajero in , got the very next day booked in. They were so efficient and helpful , not only fixed my brakes as needed but inspected all and found other problems and most importantly provided photos of work needed. All done in 3 hours and at the best rate in the area. I'll be booking my Pajero in here from now on!
Word of caution to anyone getting an RWC from here. I was informed the front wheel bearings had issues and was quoted $640 for fixing it. I had just had the car fully serviced and checked about a week ago. I had my doubts and checked with another mechanic who confirmed there is nothing wrong with the wheel bearings. Went to another approved inspector (who checked thoroughly for about 30 mins lifting the car to inspect as well) and passed without any issues. Similar to what I saw in another review, I was also told they (RJ Autocare) had to follow strict regulations etc etc but it just seemed dodgy and just a front to take advantage of vulnerable customers trying to get an RWC. Maybe your experience might be different but highly recommend getting a second opinion if they "suggest" fixes.
