I couldn't have been better looked after today. Thank you for looking at my tyres today after I drove in with a message on my car telling me to check my tyres. The staff there made time for me and found I had a puncher,and fixed it in no time, as I was on my way to meet up with friends, they were supa helpful, friendly and we will definitely got back for our car service. Last Saturday morning I departed from my Caravan Holiday in Portarlington, on my way home to Croydon in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I noticed that the van was not towing very well and a tyre pressure light had come on in my car. I also needed petrol so I pulled into the Shell service station. I discovered one of my tyres was almost completely flat and the air compressor at the service station would not work. I wandered over to Moolap Car care and the guy on duty said to pull the car (and caravan) up to the front of the workshop. He inspected the tyre and located a nail in it and also advised that it was not repairable due to the location of the nail. He agreed to fix it immediately and whilst I was still in the office talking to him, another guy, who I initially thought was a customer as he was in street clothes, had already began jacking up the car. It turns out that this was Ted, also an employee of Moolap Car care who was not even on duty but was in the workshop dealing with another car. Long story short, the tyre was changed and I was back on the road within half an hour. The punctuality, efficiency, professionalism and courtesy shown to me by the staff was first class. Brilliant service.
Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Twice now I've had car issues and called and explained what's happening & Jag & reception have moved things around to get my car fixed and back on the road, whilst also providing a hire car for me to use in the meantime. Great communication throughout, reasonable prices and very accommodating!

The guys were amazing. I had bought a boat and the trailer needed wheel bearings done. I had a long drive back to Sydney and they or two jobs on hold to get the job done for. Very much appreciated highly recommend coming here if you need anything done. Great team.
