Initial inquiry was responded to promptly and I arranged to go in for a quote. Was ignored when I went in and walked out and left after standing there for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. 2 guys lazing back in their chairs casuly chatting to 1 other customer while they completely ignored me. Was told after that the guy they were talking to was spending 10k so obviously you get treated better the more you spend.
Great guys! Did an excellent job chipping and tuning my old diesel. I threw them a curve ball providing an older, outdated model Unichip which wasn't playing nice with their new computer. They persisted and persisted until they got it working and I feel like my car was tuned safely and with care not to create a time bomb. Reece on the front desk is a great guy, always happy to help and seems to work well in a high paced environment. Really happy with my experience with this company.
