I’ve been taking my car to The Gold Coast Workshop for a while now and couldn’t recommend them more. Alex, Jane and their team have been great every time. Their pricing is very fair, the attention to detail is excellent, and I always trust the work they do. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
Told the car was safe. Brakes where all good. Back brakes had 1.5mm left on them. Bushes on front were all broken. And couldn't remember if they had changed oil as asked to do. Will not be returning. Take money for Jobs not done. In reply to your comment. We had oil done come up cleaner than when you done it. Also brakes and bushes were unsafe. Alex offered I pay for another oil change to prove it comes up black straight away. The oil was super thick black not just a little. The sticker for oil had not even been changed. In beginning you were great but this past year service has not under standard. And we were lucky if you answered messages or calls

We open from 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday. We do offer out of hours drop off or collection in certain circumstances, call or text us to find out more.
The Gold Coast Workshop provides a range of mechanical servicing and repairs for all makes and models, with a particular focus on European vehicles such as Volkswagen. We are equipped to service and offer limited repairs to vans too.
You can book a service or repair with The Gold Coast Workshop by submitting a request right here through the website or by calling or texting us. We will provide you an estimate for costs prior to your booking so you'll have an idea before dropping the vehicle off to us.
We can check your car for you before we provide a repair price, if you decide not to complete the repair you will need to pay for any time we have spent checking or scanning the vehicle.
Unfortunately we do not have a waiting area. If you book in with us you need to plan to leave the vehicle for the day. When you drop the car off you can always ask the technicians how long it may take, but we cannot guarantee a quick job as other jobs may be delaying our hoists before we get to yours.
Pricing for cars, vans, servicing, diagnostics and repairs vary greatly. Submit a request and we will send you an estimate in advance of your booking or before you book.
If we cannot find and supply a part for your vehicle ourself we will be happy to fit your supplied part. Keep in mind there is no warranty and if the part is wrong or faulty you may pay labour again.
