Took my car here for the first time last week and the experience was amazing!! The guys are friendly and welcoming, treated my car like a new relationship asking about service history and records, kept me updated with everything to do with the car and explained what they found and what needed to be done and what was just ok to monitor and delivered the car in perfect condition as promised on time…. Even stayed back after hours to help me organise collection!! Highly recommended and will definitely be back…
I had a very poor experience with this service station and would not recommend them. Given my experience, I am surprised by their fairly high average review rating. I recently had my car serviced by them. Before handing over the vehicle on 24 April 2026, I clearly instructed that the car needed to be returned the same day, as it was required for personal use. Despite this, the vehicle was not returned that day. What made the situation worse was that they did not contact me or seek my permission before deciding to keep the car beyond the agreed day. The garage was then closed for the following three days, leaving me without my vehicle and causing significant inconvenience. My vehicle was eventually returned to me on 28 April 2026. Just three days later, on 1 May 2026, the car suddenly failed to move while my wife was driving on Quakers Hill Parkway near the M7 intersection. The gear would not engage, and the vehicle behaved as if it was stuck in neutral. My wife and my minor child were stranded in the extreme right lane of a busy 70 km/h road, which was an extremely dangerous and distressing situation. The seriousness of the situation prompted us to contact emergency services on 000 and the police Helpline. When I contacted the service provider afterwards, I was told it could be a transmission issue and that they had not noticed anything during the service. I also asked for the diagnostic scan report carried out after the service, but I was told the data had been deleted. I understand that mechanical problems can happen, but there was no meaningful ownership, no proper reassurance, no satisfactory explanation, and no evidence provided despite the seriousness of what occurred so soon after the service. In addition, after the vehicle came back, we noticed that the small storage flap/cover near the driver’s seat was broken. When I raised this, I was told they had no idea about it. I also found the service expensive, and the tyre quote provided was very high. Overall, I felt the service lacked care, communication, transparency, professionalism, and value for money. This was not just an inconvenience — it became a serious safety issue for my family. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service station.
