I have my regular 10,000km car service at Daniel's. The admin person always phones to inform about the price, any problems discovered, and to gain approval for work to be done. Mechanical work is first rate and the costs are very fair.
Coming from someone who works in customer service i believe giving good customer service is a big thing! (its kinda hard to come by these days) Tash honestly is a legend gave the best service was super nice kept me informed and was just a all round top chick and an asset to your business. My car was making a weird rumbling sound so I took it to a another local mechanic who told me they couldn’t hear the sound. I then took my car to Daniels mechanical and he resolved the issue that day and explained the issue to me. Great friendly service from Daniel and the admin staff, will definitely return and recommend.
