An absolute pleasure to deal with the team. Was booked for the earliest time that i needed. The followup messages regarding the booking were prompt. On the day was greeted by Steph who looked into all the issues that i had with my vehicle was given a specific time for diagnostics and potential collection. As always on point with what the issue was as it was a hard find with air suspension. I am very surprised the car was detailed and ready for pick up. If there is a place where u can trust your car, my suggestion any given day would be Peter Lennox.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after reflecting on my experience, I feel it’s important to warn other buyers. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Peter Lennox in good faith and was assured that various repairs and maintenance had been completed prior to delivery. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. After taking ownership, the vehicle developed ongoing mechanical issues. Despite returning it on multiple occasions, the problems were never properly resolved. I was repeatedly reassured the vehicle was in good condition, yet the faults continued.and eventually the statutory warranty expired. I sought the opinion of an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist. Their inspection identified significant engine issues that required extensive repairs, resulting in thousands of dollars in additional costs. In my experience, many of the problems should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold or at minimum genuinely repaired. My advice is simple: if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Peter Lennox, invest in a thorough independent pre-purchase inspection by a reputable specialist. It may save you a great deal of time, money, and stress. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did.

We had our our 2003 Mercedes towed to these guys after a mystery issue appeared. Our regular mechanics couldn’t figure it out. The fantastic office receptionist called as soon as it arrived to let us know. She also said the mechanics would call in an hour or so when they knew what the problem was. 50 minutes later they called explained it to me and had it sorted within a few hours. The communication was outstanding and the way the mechanics explained things was amazing. They also all seem happy and like they enjoy their jobs! Peter Lennox will be our regular mechanic from now on. Thank you so much team!!!! Xxx

If you care about keeping your Benz maintained to an exceptional standard, this is the only place you need to consider taking it. These guys have been doing this for a long time & it shows. They offer a friendly, honest service that you'd expect from a smaller operation with the quality workmanship & expertise that you'd expect from a big town Mercedes Benz dealership. The work is always completed in a timely manner & at a reasonable price. Their communication is also very good & a courtesy loan car if available is an added bonus.
