Could not recommend enough. I was having a disaster of a time with my GTI. I received 4 different recommended repairs from 4 different mechanics. One of them being to simply swap my rear & front tyres. I thought I would try this 1st as it was the cheapest option. Across the road at Keith 4 Wheels they advised me that this would solve nothing. They put my car on a hoist & completed their own assessment for me; free of charge. They then relayed what they found to Rich at R&R & I was able to book in for the correct repair. Rich chatted with me at length about my issue despite them being closed at the time (I didn’t realise they’re not open on Fridays!). They provide very reasonable pricing compared to most other euro & vw mechanics in Brisbane. They are quick to reply & have great communication. They’re friendly & they completed the job quicker than the time they said to allow. They sent out a quote for me the week before my booking so I was informed & could organise my budget. I am so happy to finally have my car fixed properly. It’s nice to know there is somewhere in Brisbane that won’t rip me off.

Those guys are the best as far as European or VW car servicing is concerned. They don't disappoint at all. I took my 2007 VW multivan for servicing, and I was not, only certified, but overwhelmed. They are expects. Thanks so much guys for everything. 🙏🙏

5 stars for price, reliability, workmanship, attention to detail and so on. My Audi was in need of a dire clean up after I’d been else where and things just weren’t right. Not only do they listen and get the job done, they’re the business you need if you want the job done right !. they’re a chatty bunch and are happy and easy to speak too. I always found it easier to drive there for a booking when the number rings out as they can get busy and will devote there time to completing jobs. Which I see is a positive attribute.

A fantastic team of European car specialists who go above and beyond, both in terms of mechanical knowledge and customer service. We feel very lucky to have found a local mechanic that we can trust. Would 100% percent recommend these guys to anyone!

My car was making weird noise mid corner after having brake upgrades done by previous mechanic. So decided to give R&R VW Specialists a try after spotting their company car driving around one day and very glad I did. The owners were very informative and friendly from booking to diagnostics, and a godsend with some things I requested for the car's analysis and prospective. Post service I was advised on things that could be looked at as well as understanding of what's next for the car to ease my mind. They use Liqui Moly for the picky ones self including, which coincides with my oil of choice as I've experienced oil loss from spirited drives with Motul and Penrite on track. Understandably as they are usually very busy and booked out weeks in advance, it's better to secure your booking by email or visiting between the office hours of 9:30AM - 2PM
