E46 owners or any owner of an old BMW AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! My car was overcharging at 18 volts so I took it here for a new alternator. Absolute radio silence for 2 days unless I called them first and they said they were “testing other things” but the problem did end up being the alternator which I took it in for. Then they charged me a diagnosis fee even though I already knew what the issue was. Absolutely zero communication unless I reached out first and then they tried to upsell a full cooling system replacement claiming my water pump was “still original” even though i replaced that myself a month ago. Took my e90 in for a service and a transmission service, and was throughly impressed. Staff were very helpful and friendly and got me booked in as soon as they could. Very transparent with everything they were doing to my car and also quoted me some repairs my car needed to have done that my previous garage failed to notice. Overall very good and would recommend.
I have been bringing my e90 here for years for yearly service and the guys go over the car and fix any issues before they become a problem. Andrew and Leighton are friendly and always willing to help and there knowledge of beemers is second to none.
