I visited this mechanic base off the google reviews and services via the website. I’m planning to sell my car and needed RWC. I dropped off my car into for RWC in the morning around 8am. Leigh advised to bring the car in the morning and everything was completed within few hours. I was event sent an invoice to proceed with the repairs which I kindly opted in to for passing of the RWC. I left my Prado with Leigh for an LPG tune-up. When I got it back, the changeover switch to gas was physically broken and the sender unit was not reading correctly — it showed half a tank when the tank was empty — and the vehicle sounded like it was misfiring. I returned the vehicle to Leigh several times, but after four visits the issues were still not resolved. In the end, I took it to AG Automotive in Lilydale. It was a bit of a trek, but worth it. Dave confirmed the misfiring and was able to sort out the remaining problems. It turned into an expensive lesson, but I’m glad I eventually found someone who could diagnose and fix the issues properly.
