I am a new customer and I am very impressed by the level of communication and service. I was given a full report after the regular oil change. The report not only detailed what needs to be repaired with itemized quotes but also included with photos and level of urgency! They also followed up with a phone call and courtesy check up. Excellent service all round .

Hi ,I have used triple h services dating,18 months back,1st I had put my mazda in for a diagnosis, they did a report on it with a quote that follow, the Quote amounted to about $2800.00 , I did haggle the price with them, and they did give me a discount, got the car back, the car was alot better, but wasn't 100%, l did asked triple h about the repair,and vibration,and they advised , bring it back in 2 weeks, for the post check, and they will recheck again ,took it back,they did the post check,and check for a vibration? they couldn't find anything, they did say if I have any problems, bring it back,in mean i had sold mazda. 7months on, i bought my spotiva in, to have a check over, again they came up with a quote $3800.00 , this included 2 tyres, now in this quote, was all suspension work, again I went with there quote ,the job ended up 3 or 4 days more, I wasn't concerned, because I didn't need car, the car had a vibration problem, but I was told the repairs will fix that,got the car back, i said to my self ,this should be good, be like a new car,ok drove car home, but!!! As you slowly take-off, you would feel a slight vibration, I rang back to let them know,my concern, she said ok she gave me a time, to come back, I said I will leave car with you ,couple of days went pass,cause of bookings, and they said they had put the wrong part in,they needed car another day,I had rang back to see I can pick car up,another day late ,this time the person I was dealer with had gone on holiday,all good spoke to next in charge ,got car back , but again wasn't happy about the vibration, it was getting worse, I did complain, in the earlier peace, had complained about out of round tyres, the tyres they supplied me, cost $175 f & b.each. I could pick these tyres up for $65 each, and they were classed as there cheapest tyres to buy, anyway, I sat on it until the other lady came back of holiday, by this time, I had my grandson car in the shop, they had car for 3 weeks, and couldn't find the problem, and i car sent to another mechanic, who found the problem 1 day after they got it, back to the sportiva, there main person had come off holiday ,again I told her my vibration problem and the tyres maybe the problem, she said she could take tyres back,they would charge me 30% wear and tear, and tyres they would supply cost over $200 each, I had just spent $3500.00 ,the difference for me was $150+, to fix a problem that was there from tyres supplied by them, these guys aren't mechanics, they are only bolt on bolt off fitters, or just grease monkey's, I didn't even get a courtesy follow up email hmmmm, Na won't be recommending my family cars!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!

Friendly, professional, fair price and reliable. Car service - Very good experience. They will explain the details about your car, so you can know how to take care of your car better. If there’s problems of your car, they will also let you know which is priority to be fixed. And some are secondary. Sincerely recommend this place.
