Really good service at BSL Mechanical. They were flat out but still managed to fit us in within a couple of days and had the van sorted the same day. Rear axle seal was leaking and they fixed it properly. Easy to deal with, friendly and efficient. Made a big difference for our road trip. Big thanks for fitting us in, really appreciate it. Having car troubles down in Esperance and Brock was so helpful! He was able to check the car out and give us advice, even offering to work the weekend to get us sorted! Would definitely recommend.
Would not recommend this place, especially if you're a traveller. My experience is, Landcruiser service as we struggled to get a Toyota service on our travels starting from Sydney. We advised them that we were already 7000kms past due for a service. Once done by BSL Esperance we travelled 600kms & a fuel maintenance light appeared. We rang them Friday around lunch time & spoke to a staff member who said he must have forgot to reset. He also said he would text me the steps to do it. This never happened & being a Friday they were then closed for the weekend. I googled the steps, reset & continued our travels. The same fuel maintenance warning came up again, I reset again thinking maybe I didn't do it correctly. Again travelling it appeared again. This time I purchased a fuel filter, replaced & reset. We have now travelled a further 600kms since & no problem, no warning. However in this time I spoke with Brock, sent him photos of the filter & filthy filter bowl. I suggested that it had never been done as the warning came on after only about 500ks & how dirty it was. We only stop at BP servos which was once since being serviced. In any case, every time I ring it goes to voicemail, the office no. has a message that no one is available to take my message & no one returns my calls which now has been 4 or 5 times plus a detailed text message. We paid $1300.00 for a service which included a complete filter set plus brakes front & rear. Now we wonder what they really did. My suggestion is for anyone that's leaving Esperance don't go there. They don't return calls, they don't care.
Recently was on a road trip to esperance and on my last day before I was due to drive back to Perth one of my wheel bearings fell apart. After calling nearly every garage in esperance BSL were the only ones who would take me in even though they were already super busy. I dropped it in in the morning and it was ready to go that evening. Top class service couldn’t fault them 👌
