Phone service seems short but really, it’s efficient. Face to face conversations were delightfully friendly and crucially honest/upfront with expectations. Price was very well reasonable and respectively smashes local competitors. Time to complete exceeded expectations. Overall these guys might have a bit of grit upfront but truly love cars, know what they’re talking about, will set real expectations, and won’t pull one over you. I’ve been with a different franchise for 10+ years and in just one visit, I’m 100% converted to the guys at ICar. Genuinely, if you aren’t sure who to go with, let these guys take care of you because I firmly believe from my experience that they will.
