Our two cars, Nissan X-Trail and Honda Jazz are being serviced by JTI Auto Centre for the past 12 years. We had tried few other service centres before that, but after being looked after by Alex and Tony at JTI, we never had to look for another place to service and fix our cars, they are so good! We are very comfortable with them as we have the same people doing it every time and their expertise in finding the cause for the issues we faced on our vehicles is really great that every time the issues were properly addressed and fixed beyond any further complications. They do explain the work done on each vehicles and show us the parts changed, further helpful answering any doubts we come across. It is very hard to find such people with that dedication and passion in this industry, we wish Alex and his team all the best (Tony is retired now). Thank you guys, keep doing that great job!
JTI Auto centre i was quoted $6000 by ford and $4000 by a Toyota dealer, a friend put me onto Alex and he did the same repairs for just under $2000 and what a great job he did. Only had my car for the day. I can fully recommend him for any car repairs. Thanks again Alex all the best from Frank
