We had car issues while on a long road trip along the east coast of Qld and croft auto was recommended to us by Audi who couldn't fit us in. We struck gold with their knowledge and skills with our Audii vehicle. They got us mobile again and workshopped a plan, diagnosing and liasing with our usual mechanic back home. Parts were ordered and fingers crossed and prayers abound hoping couriers would deliver before the weekend to get us back on the road for the long drive home. They had the car on and off over 3 days allowing us to do some sightseeing in between. THey ever drove us to our hotel to save us a fare with mountains of luggage. The car ran beautifully all the way home to Brisbane - the service, expertise and communication was impressive - we wish they were our local, we would definitley be taking all our vehicles to the team at Croft Auto. I really rarely write reviews. But they really deserve it. On my roadtrip I had a problem while changing my flat tyre. They sent someone by in 15 minutes. He postponed his lunchbreak for me, helped me to be able to drive again and didn't even want money for it. I got a quick slot the next morning at the repair shop aswell. They fixed the problem for a fair price.
I had my work vehicle towed to Croft due to engine heating issues. Somewhat of a stressful situation, as my income depends on my trusty four wheels getting me to places. The car was fixed in 48 hours, and they were able to complete the logbook service that was due as well. Saving me another trip to a mechanic later. Excellent workmanship, friendly service and an all-around helpful bunch of people. Most importantly, Clear Force One hums like a baby pigeon. Highly recommended!
