I took my car in for service, it came back damaged! 2 new windscreen chips even sides of the middle, clearly from a tool or equipment. I rang the owner John to discuss, he quickly became hostile, in denial. I suggested I bring it in for him to see, he refused to even look at it. I was bewildered, I mentioned I had been sent a link for review…? He didn't care... he hung up on me. ☹️ When things go wrong, John is not able to be reasoned with, he is not professional and definitely not courteous.

Now I have my little Kermit back on the road and behaving beautifully! I was recommended by a friend to take my car to Herdsman Auto after receiving a dishonest and excessive quote from Nissan. John was very friendly and honest, was able to determine the problem very quickly (a split in my radiator) as promised. He gave me a couple of different price options, and was able to fit me in a few days later to complete the job and I was able to pick the car up the same day, and it cost me half of what Nissan quoted me. The communication was great he called me to keep me updated and explained everything to me, my car has been driving like a dream since, and very pleased to have found a local, friendly and honest mechanic for the future.
