SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! Booked in for a pink slip and service on Wednesday. Due to my early start in work I was advised to park my car on Soudan street and leave my keys into the BP station next door. I did this the Tuesday evening (night prior to my booking). I texted the location of my car with a picture to the mechanic. The morning of my booking I rang the mechanics phone numerous times and kept receiving no answer. I then rang the BP to check if my keys had been taken. They weren’t. Given I needed my car serviced before Friday it was essential it was completed today (Wednesday) to allow me to renew my rego. After work I made my way to the street I was advised to park my car on and my keys were still in the servo. I found A parking fine on my car for 235$ and no service completed. Really really poor service for a legit mechanics. Still no answer or communication. What a bad bad service. So disappointed. Finally recieved a call back on Friday (given my registration is now out of date and I cannot drive my car) with little to no help or solution. He told me the fine was not his problem and he won’t be paying it and it’s not his fault he was sick and left his phone at work. A simple message would have solved all of this saying he would not be able to complete the work due to his sickness. Such a bad service would not reccomend to anybody!!
