Raji is a credit to the automotive industry he has excellent customer service and is very passionate about his Job. I got a reference about his services from my work mate who has been using his service for long. I sent him a message it was off working hours but he responded, he was fully booked but he had time to look at my car within the days that I had requested. He did an awesome job with my car service. He sent me a detailed report with photos to support his explanation on what he has done to the car and what need to be done. To add on he cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car It was like picking up a whole different car not to mention the drive that was very smooth. I came to PIM via my neighbour next door in 2019. He advised me Rajini is a auto mechanic and is very good at what he does. Before meeting him I used to service with Mazda dealers, lube mobile and Kmart auto utters for past 8years. All the time all those people used to tell me car has been serviced and give me the standard report each time for changing filters and toppings oil etc and charge arm and leg for it . Since I had nothing to lose, I decided to give PIM my next car service. My god the way Rajini did the work on the car , post service I left the car sounded new. He is the first mechanic to send me detailed report and pictures of each part and it’s condition along with the new replacement. Since I had planned to travel interstate with my car he managed to squeeze me in to schedule a service. The best thing with him and his business PIM is he is very honest and reliable. He explains everything he is going to do and does not charge for unwanted things. He takes care of each customer as is own and works with great honesty. He also assisted me finding and checking my second car out of goodwill and using own time to come with me to the vendors shop. Things like this shows you how committed he is to make sure you get the right car which has no issues. Since 2019 I have always given my car to him for service because I know deep down he will do a good service and will not charge extra for something not required. As said before all his reports are detailed with pictures which means you have less doubts as to what has done to your car. For me I have finally found someone who can I trust to resolve issues with car or consult if I need to buy a new car his dedication and his knowledge about any car is second to none.
