We were travelling from Brisbane to Albury and had a turbo hose split. We called Pink Automotive when we were an hour out of Newcastle... they dropped everything for us, we called in and were back on the road in 2 hours. Absolutely unbelievable service. I took my 2006 Chrysler turbo diesel to pink automotive for Repairs there was a lot of work I had done with them and had a more then great experience. The staff we’re professional, friendly, transparent, just absolutely beautiful all round! They explained the issue clearly before starting the work. The final price matched the initial estimate exactly, I refuse to take any car I own to any other mechanic then them. Highly recommend! 💯
I'm a senior woman and can't believe the respect, courtesy and service I've just received from Jay and staff at Pink Automotive. I have a jeep which seems to turn a lot of people away. So happy I have air conditioning again and I have found a brilliant helpful place to get service or whatever is needed in the future. Never come across friendly people like this before today. Cannot Thankyou enough for the service you provided. Expert mechanics were able to diagnose a serious turbo fault in mind. Was on a trip with my sons from the Gold Coast down to Sydney when the lights on the dash started flashing! After several phone calls to other mechanics who did not want to provide assistance I was blessed with finding Pink Automotive. They understood the time issues and provided advice and assistance straight away. Again I cannot thank you all enough!
