Great experience The team was professional, and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my car where it would sometimes make a weird sound while driving. Hi Everyone, I bought a Mazda CX-5 about one year ago for $18,700. At first, the car seemed good and comfortable to drive, but after some time I started facing engine problems, which was very disappointing and stressful. During ownership, I spent nearly $5,000 on maintenance and repairs, which made the overall cost much higher than expected. For a used car, I understand some maintenance is normal, but the engine issues were a major concern for me. Based on my personal experience, I would be very careful when buying from Esprit Auto Service. I would recommend others to do a full mechanical inspection and check service history properly before purchasing any used vehicle from them. Overall, my experience was not very positive and totally disappointed due to the unexpected repair costs and engine trouble. At last my car resale value is just 3000.
