I’ve been taking my car to Harry at CC Auto Electrics for years. I’ve also been around for years & years prior. They are absolutely the best I’ve found. Harry runs the shop with his right hand and senior mechanic Mo. The communication over the phone, beforehand, at drop off and continually during the time your car is with them is absolutely perfect. All the mechanics I’ve experienced here are courteous and respectful. You may not understand but they do and don’t make you feel like an idiot. If you want a GREAT mechanic, go here! I can’t recommend them enough! Thumbs up! They care about your vehicle.
I trusted this place and after a while I realised I should not have. Being a loyal customer for many years for more than one car did not gain me the respect of the owner but throwing the book at my face with a trail of swear F words outburst despite my attempt to calm him down. I felt threatened, intimidated and utterly disappointed at the owner in this incident. I realised the “service checks” were not done to my expectations. I took my car that had a full service check to another independent mechanic who found several major problems within the same year of that “ service check “. These were things that should have been picked up or at least reported to be monitored. Now, if he responds to this review with a misleading comment I would have no choice but to take the matter with the NSW trade for formal investigations in his mechanical practice and a lawyer to purse all material and non-material damage and harm as a result of his unprofessional conduct in my situation. I strongly advise you to be careful with your comment Mr Owner if you want to avoid the headache.
Dropped in earlier today. These guys are super easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Harry has been sorting my car out for literally the past 10 years..Absolutely top bloke, incredibly honest and super helpful.
After talking to the owner about my situation with the car. I felt friended. As he's domina change towards me. 1)Became aggressive saying he understands english. And Exchanging verbals to each other, which I was not happy about.And then he followed me out to my car. 2) Staff member hurried outside and grabbed him and pulled him back inside.As he was still verballing me. This is not what I expected on my arrival At this establishment.
Harry is a great mechanic. He checked my car and provided all the list of things, He fixed my car at a very good price and provided his service professionally. He is so outstanding, I am 100% recommended
