I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism here. They took the time to look into an issue with my car and advised me to check with Ford about a possible warranty. Sure enough, Ford confirmed the issue and is now fixing it under warranty. Even though they turned down the work themselves, their advice saved me a lot—and that kind of integrity is rare these days. Came here for a transmission scan, the team here are incredibly friendly and highly professional.The scan was all clear but the tech was able to diagnose my problem from less than 5 minutes of driving the car which goes to show their expertise.
