This is a great company, and no wonder it takes two weeks to queue up for the service slot. Will definitely use it again. Trying to fix the snapped exhaust manifold stud myself and failed miserably. Janis came over on time, worked very quickly and communicated very professionally during the process. He helped removing the snapped stud, rethreaded and cleaned up the mess I made. All I can say is thank you for the great work and now I can focus putting the things back on. Another surprise I got is that the booking system is superb, I tried with other mobile mechanic and they could forget your booking but not for JRM. They did sent a confirmation few days before the schedule date so you know that your booking is real! And on the schedule day the mechanic (Janis) did call me in advance to confirm the availability before visiting. These basic service is not available everywhere and do give customer extra peace of mind! Thanks !!

I can't rate JRM 🚐🪄😇 more highely with their expertise in fixing and making safe for the road my family's vehicles. What I've found in my recent past is that it's always hard to find a garage you can trust but you can certainly trust JRM in solving your mechanical issues from minor to major problems either at their workshop or at the side of the road with their mobile vehicles.. A great feature I do much like about JRM is their PRE-MOT test which takes away the worry of an MOT failure by JRM firstly correcting any issues before hand but also too if in unforseen event of a MOT failure correcting it and turning it into a MOT pass.. My advice would be to go straight to JRM and don't go waisting your money and time with any other Garage's you don't know like I did before I found JRM and go to them straight away instead. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌 👍😁👍

Janis first came out to change my headlights and a few small repair jobs before my driving test, he came same day and was quick to get the job done, he Is genuinely one of the nicest guys and will always communicate what needs to be done which is really helpful for a first time driver like myself! 10/10

Diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and fixed my car at home within a day! Extremely happy as I had taken it to numerous garages prior with an overheating problem and no one had diagnosed the root of the problem. Janis returned a week later to replace another part that hadn’t been delivered, without trouble. My car has ran smoothly since. Highly recommend and would use again.

I had a disaster in that my DPF additive light came on late on Wed night. I needed my car for Friday as we were off on holiday. I text this company they responded immediately with a great price and I was booked in for 12pm Thursday. They came on time and did a great job. I am really pleased it saved our holiday. Would definitely recommend highly
